We are small craft meadery specializing in the production of the highest quality natural meads. We do not use clarifying agents (e.g. gelatin) at any stage of production. Each batch of our meads is matured for at least a year before bottling.

Mead is a noble drink known already in antiquity. Fresh and bit sour works perfectly as an aperitif and a base for spritzers.
